Final Choice

This recipe was decided on on because it met more of the constraints and considerations and was found to be more appropriate for the task at hand compared to my other recipe choice, the Vegetarian Pizza. It was also the more popular choice from the Taste Testing day on the 5th of May, this was evident when looking at the feedback sheets and seeing the comments: 'delicious', 'yummy', 'great flavour' and much more. The Penne Pasta with Mushroom-Tomato Sauce is able to be modified to accommodate for gluten and/or dairy intolerant students and can easily be made in bulk by simply doubling or tripling the recipe (or more if needed).

As for how this meal would be sold to the students, this recipe would be best presented in either a plastic take-away container or a foil take-away container. Both of these are the easiest options and available at the local supermarket.
